I am not entirely sure and someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but... is it possible that the writer of this article doesn't like Ms. Obama very much and that he does not want her husband to become president?
i see more negative posts from the bobsey twins than positive ones...and most are editorials....opinions. i've never heard of anyone who believes 100% of the things they read or see on youtube. please, dont believe or use everything you read on the internet. tell me why i should vote for McCain instead of telling me why NOT to vote for Hillary or Obamama Also, dont be afraid of Black people....
Perhaps, but getting in is only half of the battle. I've known people who failed out of UT, which is hard to get in to, but not as rigorous as Princeton. Getting into college is a good thing, but it takes a lot of hard work and brains to graduate.
Obama would mean a complete disaster for the economy by putting up trade barriers with other countries and by raising taxes as we emerge from this period of slower growth (note: it is NOT a recession - check the data). His complete lack of foreign policy experience has already reared its ugly head as he's pissed off both China and Pakistan by making ridiculous sweeping comments about both. He's not fit to lead.
So anyone who doesn't vote for Obama is 'afraid of black people"? Unreal. Obama won over 90% of the black vote in North Carolina. I guess playing the race card worked. Heck, obviously it worked. Which candidate is focused on race again? The racial polarization that the Obama camp has had to trot out in the Dem primaries is not a winning strategy in the General. He can't get wiped off the face of the earth with the white vote and still win states in the General...
Things work a little differently in the Ivy League, or so I have been told. They are much more selective in admissions. If you get in, you are much more likely to graduate. Princeton admitted 1,838 students for the class of 2011. That is 9.7% of the applicants. (credit http://www.princeton.edu/admission/applyingforadmission/admission_statistics/) UT-Austin admitted 13,335 out of 20,986 applications for the Fall 2001 semester. This statistic was much harder to find. (credit http://www.utexas.edu/student/admissions/stuprofile/2001-2002.pdf That is 63.5% of the applicants. It is insanely difficult to get into Ivy League schools as opposed to large universities.
do not want!!! she looks scary. president and first lady represent the country around the world. i wonder what other people think. yes, people do judge based on appearance. she looks like a very opinionated person.
they did a survey there, most people prefer Clinton. because of her name and seen her face before. most people pick the one that they are familiar with. that's the same in US in certain groups.
This rivals the entire lapel thread as the dumbest thing I've read all day. Looks opinionated? Seriously... What?
texxx - i see that Jay Leno is doing his monologue right now so I am not going to respond until I have your undivided attention.
