PETA president has Vick on her Fantasy Football bench, ready to pull the trigger if McNabb fails her.
"These are the same fans who booed Santa Claus" has forever been enshrined and associated with Philly?
Usually now its "These are the Fans who booed Santa Claus and cheered when Michael Irvin was lying motionless on the field"
Lil Pun is the only Eagles fan I've ever been able to stand... although he may feel the same way about me since I'm a cowboys fan. and Moes is almost reasonable for a Raiders fan.
I'm a fan of NFL Football first and foremost these days. Usually by about Week 3 is when I give up on the Raiders season. In some cases (Last 3 years) its been Week 1.
Still holding out a slim hope that McFadden is the answer and Jamarcus makes a few strides. Hell I'd be happy if they ever got back to respectability at this point.
Hell, I'm an Eagles fan and I don't really like the Eagles fans that live up in and around the tri-state area. I haven't always felt like that but the grief they give McNabb is just uncalled for. I would say 2/3 or more of the teams and their fan bases would kill to have the 10 years that the Eagles and McNabb have had together. Even if they have not won the Super Bowl, the Eagles are one of the top 5-7 teams in league when looking back at the past decade.
lol speaking of Orton did you see the left handed interception he threw last week? One of the worst throws in NFL history.
McFadden will surely start and see the bulk of touches. Reminded me of that time Jake the Snake (While also with the Broncos) switched hands.
Ahhh, I see. I snagged Justin Fargas with one of the last picks of my fantasy draft under the impression that he was technically still the starter. Oh well. Hopefully McFadden is ready for the spotlight. He definitely showed glimpes last year but if you take away that one game where he chewed up KC's defense his numbers were pretty pedestrian. I hope he does well, though.
lolz, you took Fargas in your fantasy draft? Why in God's name would you do that? He's been in the league for like 5 years now and he has like 2 career touchdowns, and thats with technically being the "starter" for the past 3 seasons. And McFadden had a pretty bad case of turf toe after the KC game that limited him the rest of the season, that is the only reason he wasn't starting over Fargas when Cable took over as HC. If he stays healthy this year he will produce big time. Book it.
