God's really enjoying the double billing concert from them right now. The question is: who goes on first and who is the closing act!?!?!?

You haven't heard of Van Morrison, have you?

Elvis in a landslide in this one.

Elvis for the most part didn't write his own songs.

A little less conversation a little more action please...

They're both at the top of the food chain- I can't decide at the moment.

To be honest, a small percentage of people over 60 are surfing the net.

    So MJ all day.

I understand because both of them are musical legends. They played different types of music so that's why in my opinion they're incomparable.

But... you can talk about their INFLUENCE on the world and music and that's where MJ gets my vote. He had such a HUGE impact on musical industry, way of clothing, dancing.

Maybe some of you may disagree but Elvis had his impact mostly in the USA, not so much over the world as MJ

I don't know what it is about the 50s with Elvis (and the 60s with the Beatles) but fans were totally whacked, screaming their fool heads off. I don't think that MJ had that effect.

Elvis was the king of Rock n' Roll. Jacko was the king of Pop.

They were both the real king. Different music and different eras. Two kings is acceptable.

Like them both, respect Elvis and what he did more, but probably would just as soon listen to MJ or Jacksons as the Elvis tunes I really like. Depends on the mood / party I guess.

I respect Elvis for his influence but I don't ever listen to his music. Maybe I'll give it a listen someday, what I've heard doesn't blow my mind.

3 kings are acceptable, if you're a bluesman.
