    Are you getting radical now?

Hillary only proposed $9.50/hr if I recall before that radical Bernie shamed her into around $11.00 hr iirc.

Btw would you like to live on $10/hr. lol

Poor thing she was uncomfortable because the folks at the rally said they had partly gotten involved in politics because "they were tired of being ANGRY (omg!!!). She then unintelligently said that they should do something about things besides be angry.

Why not just make the minimum wage $50 an hour? According to the foolish logic behind "living wages" that would make everyone have enough money to live right?

Like the Tea Party of 2010, I think this strategy of letting "local" elections (state level and below) go more leftward could work out for 2018. Progressives could win on local issues.

I don't mind a shakeup to party establishment. They got a long way to go though.

A workable platform should be on top of the list.

Of course there is the inconvenient truth that the noted left wing extremists at the Carter Center and similar folks found the elections legitimate. So I guess you equate Jimmy Carter with Putin.

Sure, the current FAR LEFT in America is similar to where the moderate right was in Russia 100 years ago. I assume that's what you were saying.

I misspoke, I meant Maduro, who certainly has interfered with election results.

You cannot help yourself, can you? When it comes to Venezuela you have to swoop in like a white knight.

Venezuela has been an absolute and complete failure.

I think it'll be the other way around, conservatives need to worry about going too far right. More corporation slobbering, more racism, more religious wingnuttery is going to scare away moderates...not fighting for free healthcare...which polls show, most of the country wants anyhow.

As for the whole impeachment thing...whatever. It's politics. The Democrats may do it if they get the power at midterms or they may not, if they don't it'll be because of some calculation that it's better for 2020 to keep Trump in office for the following 2 years.

It's politics. Trump spent his campaign talking about how he was going to lock up Clinton and look what happened with that.

With that said, if Mueller's investigation concludes and finds high crimes on Trump then impeachment is necessary.
