Maybe I'm biased but WTH can Miami or Chicago offer (assuming Rose and Noah are truly untouchable) that is better than what we can offer? Morey needs to play the Jedi Mind Trick on Toronto Management!

    Basically BS.

If Chicago is offering Noah in S&T, Toronto would be begging Bosh to go there and already rubber stamped the trade. If Chicago's NOT offering Noah, Toronto wants to stay away from their crap as much as they can.

Miami can only offer Beasley, Chalmers and TPE they can lure overpaid players with... yeah, like the Rockets can't beat THAT.

As I mentioned earlier I don't think the players Miami or Chicago are better than what the Rockets are offering. Battier is an average pick up with his contract being an expiring, but Ariza many think is slightly overpaid for his contract, Scola solid player but who knows if Toronto is interested in him or if Scola is interested in playing in Toronto. I think Rockets need to include Brooks and a couple of picks to get Bosh IMO.

It's possible the source was speaking directly to Houston. Toronto will try to force Morey to sweeten the pot by now saying they are more interested in two suitors who we know don't make as much sense to do business as Houston.

Of course they could be talking to all teams who apparently have deals lined up. :)

They have nothing better to offer but bad organizations make bad decisions consistantly. So there is always that working against us. Plus the fact Bosh doesnt want to come to play in his home state with millions of fans already built in? Sometimes you just cant please some no matter how much you offer them?

So have some of you guys posted in the official "I don't want Chris Bosh" thread yet?

That will ensure the embarrasing all out (I won't say begging) messages that's been out there to try to bring him here be lessened a tiny bit. ;)

Don't have to read the article to realize this is a power play.. There is a reason the teams that have more to offer are noticeably absent.

If he really cares about wins, that would not be a tough decision. Even without Wade or LeBron, Bulls would be a contender in a few years with the addition of Bosh.

They can also offer up the pick they got from Toronto in the O'Neal trade. Given that Toronto is going to be crap after Bosh leaves, that's a pretty high value asset. I thought Feigan also reported that there were no issues with Miami's offer -- just Chicago's. That makes more sense. I don't think Bosh will go to Chicago if he can't get the full money in a S&T, and I don't think Chicago will offer Noah and I don't think Toronto will take back a Chicago pu pu platter headlined by Deng. But I am worried about Miami because they could surrender the Toronto pick. My hope if that Bosh will realize that there's nothing left in Miami after a S&T, or that Wade goes to Chicago (in both of those scenarios, I see Bosh coming to Houston).

As i posted in another thread:

IMO, keep an eye on Brad Miller and Shaq. I think we've already read snippets about chicago talking to Miller. They've explored Deng for Pryzbilla n Bayless.

It may come down Chicago deciding whether to move Noah to land Bosh. I think it would be foolish, but it boils down to this:

Adding Wade and Lee to the existing roster. Maybe Boozer instead of Lee, but I think Boozer will get a near max deal. Then you go to war with Rose, Wade, Deng, Lee, Noah, with Gibson off the bench. I think there's enough scoring and tons of rebounding to topple Boston and challenge LA. Tibs will coach up an elite D. Wade is your elite closer.

The alternative is Rose, Wade, Deng, Bosh, Shaq, with Miller and Gibson off the bench. Still outstanding, but you are older and weaker in the middle. I think you're too weak in the middle to beat Boston and too small to knock off LA.

    Noah should be untouchable.

Let's just hope Toronto continues to insist on him, rather than fold and accept Gibson and worthless late first round picks from Chicago.
