Where can I get a Chimichanga like this in Houston? thanks http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Chimichanga2.jpg
Last time I was in Houston I had one at Ruchi's. Open late and they give plenty of salsa. There's one on Clay and one on Kirby...
Well I admit I don't eat out mexican very much at all. I had no idea wtf a Chimichanga was. Any suggestions are welcome.
That could be a Burrito California with cheese and sauce a'la Taquerías Arandas or Tepatitlán. Try Teotihuacán on Patton and Airline. I've never had a chimichanga, myself. That's what SHE was sad about. You don't, eh? I DO. ALL THE TIME.
mmmm, food p*rn. It's a deep fried burrito. If you don't know what that is, you are probably skinny, healthy, and missing out on everything good in life.
yeah I found out and now want to try it. Not a fan of mexican food and most burritos have a ton of sauce and get soggy. i have to think that frying it eliminates the soggy factor.
I'm half Mexican and the only chimichanga i ever had was from Los Cucos a few months back. Eh... I always thought chimichanga was a drink. I never heard of it until Meet The Fockers or one of those sequels.
La Maria's, off the corner of Luetta and......wherever the intersection where Klein high school is. If you know the area you know what I'm talking about.
If you are in Houston, you can get a chimichonga that looks like that within a 2 mile radius, no matter what part of town you are in.
