    I still spin this one, going on 3 months later. Great album from start to finish. Even Suicide & Redemption has grown on me, so much it is one of my favs.

    Yeah, one thing about the great Metallica albums is how some of their songs are immediately enjoyable and remain so, and some of them grow on you. It makes it easier to listen to the album for long periods. It's still in my rotation as well.

    I remember when I first bought the Black album, I HATED Holier Than Thou. Over time, somehow that song grew on me and now I love it. Same thing has happened with Suicide and Redemption. At first I just thought they threw an instrumental on the album because that was their standard procedure pre-Black album during the time when most of their hardcore fans loved their music the most. But now, I listen to the song and really enjoy the hell out of that instrumental.

    Through the Never is one of my favorite songs from the album. I never hated it, per se, but I kept liking it more and more and more.
