Message to T-mac: Change your game

You say TMac in 60% will help the team.

What's TMac currently? 20-30%? If you think he's in 50%, I do not think 60% will help. 30% to 60% is too big the change for me to believe. Even at 60%, is TMac going to be as good as a Redd type player or as his cousin Carter? or just slightly better than Wafer?
