    Zimmer has been a huge donor and advocate of the legalization of mar1juana and the study of MDMA.

    Amazing that you can be fired from a company you founded/own.

    When you get greedy and take the company public so you can earn off stock shares instead of profits alone, then you are now beholden to the board and shareholders because the company is reliant almost as much on well performing stocks as it is outright profits.

    Of course it all worked out for him, in my opinion. He owns approximately 1.8 million shares, and they are presently trading for $36.67. He should be ok.

    Isn't 4 years kind of short for a royalty period or am i wrong?

    Also, a 2.7 mill termination package for someone who founded and led the company doesn't sound that great imo.
