On the plus side, hopefully Spo will be in charge instead of Kerr.

honestly think Embiid is hurting the team cohesion a lot. not sure what purpose he serves. honestly would prefer Chet for the international game.

Those pre-tournament games had a lot of close calls. I see red flags all around that the team around Kerr is trying to sweep under the rug.

In the past, that has been a sign for tournament failure.

The problem is not intensity - The US don't want to lose any game, even friendlies (which is a problem for itself because Kerr is forced to play to win meaningless games instead of experimenting line ups without pressure), but finding the right balance.

I'm surprised by this...I haven't watched every minute, to be fair...but watching the game the other day against Germany, I thought Booker really struggled...admittedly, that was primarily in his shooting and not any other contributions.

yeah…seems more like right place, right time than Booker actually being good or the “glue”

Isn’t he like 4-14 from the field in the last 3 games?

Second to Michael Jordan in scoring on the 1984 Olympic Team... Chris Mullin. Mullin finished 4th in 1992, behind the numero uno... Charles Barkley.

Unbelievably, per full game, Christian Lattner finished 4th in ppg.
