Hmmm... according to this, he's already doing treadmill work and could be back BEFORE the playoffs:

One week into Tim Duncan's recovery from a severely sprained right ankle, the Spurs are still aiming to get their two-time MVP back for the final week of the regular season." Duncan "is walking with a slight limp" but "is expected to begin doing some light treadmill work this week."

Doesn't sound like he's out for the year to me. And I agree, the video didn't look all that bad -- typical badly rolled ankle.
