1989 Ford Taurus, champagne color with bench seats (not my car pictured): Spoiler It was my dad's car, first. Then my sister went to college so I get her car, a 1994 Civic DX (I think we all know what those look like). The front bumper was falling off due to all the people she rear-ended; we re-attached it with duct tape. Manual transmission, so I had to learn that, too! Good stuff. But those were borrowed cars from my parents while in high school. Once I got to college, I got my first car I owned (well, until I paid my dad back) which was a 2002 Subaru WRX sedan. However, in New Mexico while at college, it got officially totaled by a hail storm, so we bought another one with the insurance money, this time a wagon (again, not my car, but similar -- I have stock rims): Spoiler I still drive it today with only about 40k on it. We bought it used in 2004 with only 6k miles on it and the dude sold it cheap because he had a Ferrari coming in. We profitted about $2.5k from the insurance company overall; thanks hail storm!
1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. Got it when I was 15 back in early '03. Used to be my dads but it broke down so I spent money I earned doing odd jobs to get it fixed up. Same color as this, better condition lol:
I got a 1985 Chevy Celebrity that my dad and brother had both been driving for a year or so. My dad bought it from some old lady for like $1200 and it only had about 35K miles on it. When I got it, I started adding things to it. Never had any real mechanical problems since it had such low mileage. I got it when I turned 16, and bought another car at about 19 to stop driving this one, because I wanted it to be my show car. Now its pretty much a show car/weekend cruiser. Looks like this now...put a few pictures in here. I still have it...but I've stopped working on it to try and save for a house, among other things. But I still show it from time to time. About 66K miles on it now. Spoiler
'79 Pontiac Bonneville. Looked just like this model, except was a pea green color with a slightly darker green interior. It was heavier than a tank and that was good because it saved me from a crash with a drunk driver. I hated the car when I was 16, but I'd love to have it now. Got it from my mom First car I bought was 86 Monte Carlo. I moved to Houston in a car just like this. It was filled to the brim with my stuff and had a Rockets first championship poster in the back window. I got honks from fellow Rockets fans all the way down I-35. Car was broken into once and stolen once down here before I got my truck.
First car in high school and part of college (none of the pics are mine): '99 VW Jetta (in green) First car I bought: '09 Audi A4
1982 Volkswagen Rabbit Pretty much like this except it was a 2 door. The exterior was gray/primer and the interior was orange. I drove that car from '97-'98, my junior and senior years of high school. In the Senior Superlatives in the yearbook, I was voted as having the worst car.
96 honda accord sedan in 99 dropped it, rims, clear corner lights, rockford fosgate amp and subs oh the joys of being a 16 yr old
In 2009 this was my first car....bought it for 1000,turned it into a 4000 dollar car mechanically....and got 800 for it when I blew the head racing......RIP And yes...this is actually my car,the head blew but I was going so fast I was able to manuver it to a random neighborhood...and this is where it waited when I put it on craigslist 1990 Nissan 240sx I drive a 1996 Nissan Maxima now,but im looking to buy either a 2005 TSX or a 2005-6 Jetta
"dropped it" ? What does this mean? You were carrying it and then let go of it and it fell, or you just left it somewhere at a place for delivery? Please explain. I sincerely do not know what it means.
One more pic...GOD I miss you 240
1988 Honda Accord lxi no A/c - was horrible to drive in the summer in the rain. the windows would fog up, and then you had to open the windows in the rain to clear the windshield, and get soaked.
