Is that a trailer in the background? No one dropping 7 mil on some exurb house. 2 mil tops. Be like Battier and live in a nice neighborhood.

That whole neighborhood. I once tried to turn around on that street...felt like private security was gonna pop out of the woods and light me up.

He was on the Texas Legends D-League roster last year, I believe. Still tryin' to ball. Gotta give him respect for that alone. Well, either that or he's broke.

Exactly right. Interior rooms are unimpressive. Nice indoor basketball court though.

In 2001, yes. Yao moved to Memorial in 2006 or 2007. That said, it wasn't as big or extravagant as James'.

Yao probably moved to a safer more secure area after some stalker followed him home.

Couple years ago, Yao sold his property in Houston for just under 3 mils.

And this Mike James house looks like a refurb from the 50s house which lived by a couple over 90 years old.

This is the place people will be interested to go to for an open house auction sales to find old stuff, but definitely not a good place for living.

Pretty close to Westheimer and 8. Westchase is seeing a lot development. Stat Oil, BMC, Phillips 66 and so on. I actually noticed that someone is building a big house there recently the other day.

I was fortunate enough to be a guest at his house at about this time last year. The pool is awesome, the driveway goes past the house towards his garage(s) next to the indoor court which is basically another house as well. Freaking nice is all I have to say. I liked his house way better than T-mac's. T-mac's was nice & private & of course on the other side of town with gated access, but Mike's was nicer/bigger.
