As mc mark noted but the Saudi Royal familiy have given money to Palestinian extremist groups and have pretty much admitted to funding Sunni groups fighting in Iraq. Just because they aren't on the US official list doesn't mean they haven't sponsored groups that have carried out suicide bombings and violent attacks on civillians in many countries.
