Melo's role would be doing what both Ryno and Iso Joe were supposed to provide. Spreading floor, pick n pop, 3rd creator, iso threat.
He's said he doesn't want a role like that. That's his issue in OKC: he doesn't like being the 3rd option. He wants a lot of touches and isolations and contested mid-range jumpers.
