He has no talent around him. I still remember him playing with Javale McGee my shaqtin a fool. Javale flourished once he got away from Washington working with Karl and a few other more veteran players. Hopefully the same will go for Wall who will have more veteran teammates around him. Some young guys really need that.

Well it is definitely not a good look if it is true that Lin had Melo and JR on his twitter during the season and recently and recently just unfollowed then because of the FA fiasco. He still follows his other teammates, as well. Whatever he is a Rocket now, not there problem anymore.

i think he needs some veteran leadership there, and i mean leadership. Nene, Emeka and Ariza will be nice veteran upgrades, but i doubt in their leadership ability.
They should've taken Jarett Jack in that deal with the Hornets.
Or they could've signed someone via free agency.
    a coaching change may help.

someone has to tell Wall to stop wanking around, take it seriously, stop taking bad shots and put in some work in practice. There's no reason he can't develop any new skill in two years, Blatche or no Blatche. That's pure laziness / lack of someone to put some sense into him.

Yeah, veteran leadership always helps especially when your a young player. I confess I rarely watch Wizards games. Only saw like a handful this year, two of which were when the Rockets played against them this season. I keep forgetting that Wall has been in the league for two years and Kyrie was just drafted this year. If you look at the two the differences in talent are definitely there. Hopefully he gets it together. It definitely isn't fun getting heated on by the media.

I'm quite sure Melo and JR didn't even try to call him before the Knicks decision.
