ill clear it up for u. I loved luc. Preinjury. Thought ariza d been doing down hill the last 2 years. But he was a warrior playing probably the most mins on the team (one reason why i thought sometimr his game would suffer) but with those 2 we still would of been a top 3 team in the nba. But in the playoffs would be where we woild have missed them. I think both are replacable. People keep acting like we dont have no d now. Cp3 cappella gordan tucker are plus defenders n i also think ennis woll be servicable. N i always tell people that the game is a big pie(new math) i think if u compensating other areas you can makeup for deficiencies elsewhere

We need to stop calling him Melo, he's been Melo last couple years.

We need him to man up this year and start calling MANthony.

I'm becoming more hopeful about Melo's impact on the Rockets. At his peak in 2011, he played brilliantly for the Knicks with a great all round game for them against the Celtics in the playoffs. Great ball handling, fine passing, good defense, great rebounding. He was doing it all.

If he can give 60-70 percent of that in the playoffs, that would be great. I think he will get to handle the ball in Houston, when Harden goes to the bench. JH and CP3 will help him. Keeping himself in great shape, physically and mentally can help Melo to shine. Defense is the key problem with him. I hope he won't be like RA on defense. He is capable of doing better than Ryan on that end.

I'm defending every single negative thing.

If y'all want his play to do the talking stop posting negative things.

Then you guys wonder why you get bad results, you asked for them.

I would flip Hakeem and Kareem. The sky hook is the most unstopable shot in basketball history.

Hakeem had more than one signature move though. He had more moves than Kareem... back to the basket wise.

Now you're just talking out of your ass.

If you are a fan, you need to be a fan on a Melo fan page not a Rockets fan page.

You spew all this WE bs in your posts, then go off on people that point out his flaws (which he has) and start all this; you, y'all, and them stuff when you can't take it anymore.

I don't know what bad results you're talking about. We lost to one of the best teams in NBA history and were on the verge of defeating them.

Allright so some Hakeem stans came through just to make an argument out of things i never meant

I SAID POSSIBLY GREATEST BACK TO THE BASKET. ARGUBLY. Never said he is greatest post up player.

    Let's get two things straight:
1.Prime Carmelo talent wise was one of the top scorers ever
2.Carmelo operates mostly on bully ball with pushing people with his back

If that doesn't add up for argument of who did it best then what does? People here posting that TIM DUNCAN is better SCORER than Carmelo Anthony are biased. Yes, Duncan is better player but Melo always was better scorer period
