Nice that someone is planning on saving our 2 million downtown residents with cheezy 35 year old sci-fi plans. Drayton and McNair want to know if it will be retractable and if people will be able to bring food and drink in from outside the bubble.
It's more feasible to build a public transportation system in every city in the US to cut down on gas to make this world a better place for everyone. Then nuke any country that doesn't follow.
