The tin foil helmet returns. Yes...it was all a plot to rid New Orleans of African Americans...in fact, the Republicans created the hurricane. I saw them doing it. They asked me to hold one of the giant spoons they were using to stir the Gulf.

For the love of all that is holy.

The tin foil helmet charges returns as usual.

Hint. It did not take a genius to realize that the political composition of New Orleans and even Louisiana would change if a lot of the AA who were displaced did not return. It was widely commented on in the days after the hurricane as the Bush Administration delayed a rapid response.

Is this to say it was done purposely? I should have said "perhaps" instead of "probably". Most of America does not have the faith you have in the fair play of the GOP and especially the folks around Bush and Rove.

Suggesting that there was a conspiracy to intentionally displace a large group of people is a serious charge...the kind that most people would require this little thing call proof of.

If a similar charge were levied against the Democrats, it would be dismissed as blog material by a group of wingnuts. The cries for evidence would br deafening.

Besides, that is a pretty complicated plot for a President you think is not very mentally capable. This ignores, of course, the fact that so many people would have to be involved in the execution that is is highly unlikely that it would have kept quiet this long.
