We all know ABC cancelled the broadcast of the Rockets-Spurs game in favor of two teams on the bottom half of the East. Most of us expressed the concern of lack of respect for the Rockets by the media.

However, I think this is more indictive of today's individualism in society. The Rockets are the incarnation of team basketball and that's how this game is SUPPOSED to be played. So my conclusion is, there might have been a lil lack of recognition for the Rockets, but once we start wacking people in the playoffs with our pure basketballism, the respect will come.
