Media trying so hard to make up new narrative that jim is inefficient so the can secure the trophy for giannis, this is new trend and its gonna continue until jim probably break kobe's record

Its win-win regardless. Harden deserves MVP but if he doesn't get it, hope it spurs him to take his vengeance out in playoffs ala Hakeem.

Swapping Harden out with any star player from East Conf would make the Rockets an instant lottery team.

Harden should easily be the best candidate for MVP.

    To answer OP shortly, ESPN.
2nd feature of how to defend Harden this time with Scottie and PPierce with Kawhi in the backdrop. Might as well title it: "Somebody please shut him down"

Aaaand of course in the back they play the one time he did actually travel on a loop then zoom in. Wow, if we’re all in agreement that players now days are more athletic then Pippen has no argument. To think Harden wouldn’t figure it out is just stupid.
Just think about the fact he hit a game winning step back on 2 of the leagues best defenders when everyone knew he was gonna shoot it and he still got it off! Just give the man his props, it doesn’t make you less of a man

giannis style ugly as hell to watch too.

he has no jumpshot and gets all his points of dunks, layups, and free throws. his handle is ugly. all he does is run over smaller defenders to finish in the paint.it's like watching a grown man play against toddlers on a fisher price hoop.

he also travels all the time by sliding his pivot foot when he's in the paint.

The media always keeps me on my toes because they constantly shift the narrative against Harden. He's either not good enough because his team is too good, or his record isnt the best, or he shoots too many free throws, or he is too aggressive, or he's not aggressive enough, or he is bad at defense, or he is good at defense but only because his team is too good at defense. Then of course he travels...

Shannon Sharpe talked earlier about how his legacy is his loss last year in Game 7 against the Warriors when he turned the ball over. What he forgot to mention was that the Rockets were the only team to go 7 games against the Warriors since they added Durant. Hell, they were the only team to go 6 games against them.

Last year they talked about how LeBron was better than Harden because he carried a team of nobodies on his back and there was nobody on the planet who could do that. Except here is Harden doing it even better than LeBron did... time to switch the narrative again.

If it wasn't for the super teams in Miami and Golden State, Harden would already have at least two championships.

Yeah people hate on harden for not winning a championship but Kobe and mj never had to play a team as good as gs in the playoffs. Even Lebron has only gotten ONE GAME off the kd warriors in the past 2 yrs. It's crazy how biased people are against harden

I think that MDA has something up their sleeve for the playoffs offensively a stretch big would help by the trade deadline. Just to keep the opposing bigs honest from doubling James uptop. This style works to get through the regular season.Guys are missing wide open shots. James should be getting 40 points and 20 assists a game the opportunities that are out there. CP3 in the corner for three is another adjustment that will make defenes think

If the refs would’ve called the game correctly we probably have one.

What’s crazy is this model supposedly values winning but has Davis ranked higher than Kawhi.

You media lovers should listen to the latest Bill Simmons Pod. Most of you would have to change your underwear.

Yep. Scottie Pippen had problems guarding a young Kobe Bryant. Wtf is he giving tutorials on guarding Harden now?

Looks pretty efficient to me: http://insider.espn.com/nba/hollinger/statistics

Second to only AD in Player Efficiency Rating, and fourth among guards in True Shooting %.

    [summary]

Shea Serrano (noted Spurs diehard fan) @ 14:00 Minute mark:

If Jordan and Harden are playing 1 on 1 how does Harden do? I feel like he (Harden) would beat him. He's too big, he's too strong. That's what a lot people don't talk about is how strong he is. He's like an action star that can run a pick and roll.

    Simmons (15:45):
I think James Harden 1 on 1 would beat anyone in NBA history at this point.... I can't believe anyone can be this dominant offensively for this long...

    Serrano:

I think we're past the point that this is a "stretch"..this is who he is.

    Simmons:

When you're talking about a 21 game stretch where he's averaging 43 a game...his team is winning...I don't feel like it's sustainable at the same time ...how do you stop him? how do you stop this?...

    Serrano:

...If he got tired he would have gotten tired already...

    Simmons (20:10):

Harden is the clear MVP favorite right now. if i said to you James Harden will have 82 points within the next two weeks

    Serrano:

    I would take that bet
