    You see it all the time everywhere. Banning their heads out of windows is dumb, but the part about banning dogs being unrestrained in the backs of pickups is a good thing. It's like that where I'm at, and it may be a Texas-wide law.

    Apparently the entire ****ing state of Florida (including myself) got woken up at 4:45 a.m. because some ****ing Florida Man decided it was a good idea to "test the emergency alert system" at that time.
