When Wade signed Arian as a free agent, taught him the ZBS, drafted and signed several key offensive linemen and then taught *them* the ZBS, all in preparation of unleashing Arian on the league at the tail end of the 2009 season, I thought, well two things, really: Thought #1: Why are you, a defensive-minded coach, signing and coaching offensive players? Thought #2: Hey, aren't you the Cowboys' head coach? Who let you into our facilities? But I'm glad I was such a MORON because now, Wade has very obviously designed the NFL's best running game. Thanks for nothing, Gary Kubiak!
Love this line of thinking. We have a great defensive coach.......but what if we didn't?????? <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/a1Y73sPHKxw" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
what's wrong with that line of thinking? if Phillips bolts, we are in trouble... lol. Kubiak is a much better coach with Phillips at his side.
And Phillips is at his side for the 2012 season at a minimum. Why freakout about what may happen if he leaves after next season?
