Orton's availability is really the only thing holding up that deal, but you have to think that the Cardinals have spent enough time evaluating Kolb that they're already sold... just waiting for the price to be right. I wouldn't be shocked if the Eagles' asking price was too high, like ARC and two picks (probably a 2nd and a 5th or something like that).
There have actually been small talks about him coming to Philly to back up Vick. I don't see Young as one who wants to be a back up though.
