I'm assuming you know McHale personally since you are commenting on his parenting skills. How long have you know Celtics Legend and current Houston Rockets Head Coach Kevin McHale?
Since there's no way to edit, maybe that came out wrong. I think normal people need to work for a living regardless due to the fact that this is an unforgiving world.... If you have millions of dollars I think this type of illness is justifiable grounds to look at what's more important.. Being an NBA coach is time consuming to no ends leaving family time, unless specified arrangements are made, almost non-existent. Maybe it's a cultural background thing then... but I know a good many with some money would quit a job with a door left open if they could to live a personal/family oriented life if they could.
Ok, this one gets under my skin because my older brother has lupus and has had lupus since we were both kids. He just graduated law school and is about to get married, so spare me your this is a death bell crap. Do some research before you go spouting off like an absolute fool about someone else's situation. Spoiler or just do us a favor and drink some bleach
It didn't come out wrong... thinking you know how someone else should live their life or that you have any understanding of their family dynamic is just flat out stupid.
This 100%. I have a friend with Lupus and she has a full time job and a family, it does not define her or her life in the slightest.
There is a way to edit. Contribute to the site and you get editing features. And again, you don't know what anyone would do (including yourself) until they are put into the exact same situation as Kevin McHale. You may THINK you know what you would do, but you don;t know for sure.
McHale's Fatherly Instincts piss me off.... _____ <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/pWStaRmuXzY" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
it's not your place to tell people who to deal with sick children. you might do x, but doesn't mean everyone in the world has to do x. He clearly loved his daughter. I think you need to do a bit of soul searching and not be so closed minded.
Dude is doing a horrible job coaching overall and clearly needs to take time off permanently. How is this not a sentiment most hold?
