The fact that LOFs needs to be mentioned when the topic has nothing to do with Lin or their fans is a problem with you people on your own. This is a young team full of players who have NEVER played these types of minutes. Their legs wear down. It's rare to have the responsibility Harden was given and perform as he has all season. You take a less D because of the burden he has to carry on offense. This team needs a 2nd superstar to compliment Harden before the Rockets are championship contenders. Harden won't be able to do it alone and no one on this team imo is that 2nd superstar. They are all solid role players, but at some point we'll need to flip role players for another superstar.
Really? He routinely shoots 7-19? Lol ok, look at some stats first. I agree with the free throws part, but who cares? We have been screwed a lot by other players getting superstar calls. Now it's our turn to get the superstar calls.
First things first, he is one of the best in the league at forcing fouls....is that supposed to be a bad thing? The fact that he makes people foul him in an attempt to stop him is a good thing.... Also, you say he struggles against "elite 1 on 1 defenders"? Who doesn't? Isn't that sort of what makes them "elite"?
He can't force fouls against good defenders which is how we were exposed in recent games. And that includes the Spurs game. But he's a good player who will get better. The problem is this whole team has no real game and McHale has never talked about a way of developing it.

I cant stand these posters who think they are some moral compass of fandom and they think they own the world because they were in this site longer. as for mchale, he is a horrible coach, devoid of cerebral attributes that makes a great coach. All you have to do is check with timberwolves fans and they will tell you how awful of an head coach mchale is. This x100. They act as though non LOF's think they are better fans or that everyone has to be the type of fans we are. That is not the case, this is a ROCKETS first forum. You can be a LOF all you want as long as you dont degrade this forum with nonsense bias crap all day long. Im sure there are other LIN first forums out there, why come to rockets forum and act all hurt when we choose to prioritize the ROCKETS above any single player.
It would be nice if they all didn't sound like a collective. Spoiler I'm sure there's normal fans out there that feel the same as they do but the collective is loud.
