I hated the fact that we got McHale to win games, but loved it because thought that it also meant that we would get a top pick in the draft. McHale proved me wrong and has earnestly earned my respect. I am glad he did too. This season was a blast.
Tmac would have been absolutely crucified for having this mindset, assuming that you're correct about Rose's reasoning.
