We had one timeout left right? Why didn't we use it to reset up our defense? Was he saving it just in case we had 0.1 seconds left on the clock? Oh wait, McHale would said "Play Harder" "Defend Harder" "Run Harder".

To all the people crapping on Parsons. I wouldn't blame Parsons for that play. He tried damn hard to cover and almost got there despite getting screened.

I blame the coaching mostly as well as no help from Jones or Harden.

    That was pathetic defense.

I agree, I mean wtf is Batum going to do with .9 seconds left ?
    its basically 4 against 5.
You switch on all the picks and make it a tough shot, but fuuuuukkk he got a wide open look and then parsons swung by too late.

Don't blame Parsons at all, ******* McHale's to blame. Parsons shouldn've been on Lilliard at all. Harden shouldn't have been on the floor. Lin should've been on the floor. Either him or Bev should've been on Lilliard. How hard is this McHale? When have Parsons on elite PG's ever worked out for you the many times you've insisted on doing it? God ****ing damnit!

I'm still upset why Harden was guarding Lopez at the 3 point line

I thought why parsons switched onto lillard before then inbound was so that he and patbev can switch on the screen. but, no switching.

No game ever comes down to one play. No playoff series ever comes down to one game. If you loose the first two at home, and eventually lose the series, the reason you are going home is because you dug a big hole; not because you had a defensive lapse on the last play in game 6.

Dwight's two missed freethrows and Asiks' 6th foul. Asik's foul was bad not only because JLin's 3 was no good but even more importantly, TJones had to come in.

for ppl saying jones shouldn't have been guarding the inbounds. jones wasn't technically guarding anyone...not even making the inbound pass hard. so no, he was guarding no one

This whole series is on mchale. These silly mistakes should never happened cause on a young team like this, he needs to be the leader and tell the kids what they need to do. Simple clear directions, not go out there and play ball.

Lin and Bev did a fantastic job on lillard in the 4th quarter. With everybody knowing the ball is going into Lillard, why the hell did mchale get fancy and put parsons on him. Absolutely stupid. How can the final play not involve Bev and Lin? It's ****ing mind blowing.

I can't listen to any more postgame McHale pressers after losses, He just sounds COMPLETELY lost and incompetent. That ESPN comic the other day about the duck play is more true than we want to believe, I think.

I agree, we gave up the easiest pass to make. The one right infront of you.

To me it seems like Terrence Jones had Vince Carter's buzzer beater in his head. Carter curled to the corner, and Jones looked like he positioned himself to prevent a play like that.

Watch this video and you will know what really happened to end up with Lillard killing us with the dagger. Some DUMBEST move by Bev the defend specialist and Parsons the best SF in the series. Man, how stupid this was. Bev was initially assigned to guard the speedy Lillard, but at the last moment, he and Parsons switched, WHY? WHY? WHY? Listen to the comment. Bev had Lillard fronted perfectly against the dashing lane, then mysteriously switched with Parsons. Whose dumb idea was that???

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OuhXX-rtQTI

If you watch the video slowly, you actually see Lillard walking towards Mo William to get the screen and how DUMB Bev didn't see that and quickly switched back to guard the dashing Lillard. For those of you Bev lovers and LOH, how do you justify bashing Lin to no end for Lin's TO at end of game 4 when Mo William should be called out and Lin didn't see him coming, and yet you are all saying nothing about this utterly stupid mistake by Bev & Parsons. I thought McHale was the culprit of the set up, but looks like it was Bev & Parsons making the bone-headed decision to switch. Man, they actually facilitated to open that lane for Lillard. Losing this critical game hurts all of us. Seeing this dumb move by Bev & Parsons even hurts more. How on earth they don't know Lillard was the guy to do the shot? How on earth the minute he walked towards Mo for the screen that Bev did not see the dash was coming and switch? It was his job to guard Lillard. We lost the similar buzzer beater to LAL by Steve Blake doing the same dash and shot. Haven't we learned anything? Speechless!

Here is the video. So mad for that dumb switch at the last moment. This costs us the game Man. What were Bev & Parsons thinking? Parsons actually put himself behind Lillard on the dashing lane. Why? Bev stepped underneath Mo away from the dashing lane. Why? Didn't they know Lillard had to make a mad dash to get the ball closer to the sideline guy to get the shot off in .9 second? How dumb? Before any more trash of Lin on D or dumb bone-headed play, look at this dumbest bone-headed switch. These two guys and their switch costs us the game and more Houston bb this season. Sigh!

Lillard ALWAYS has a quick first step. The defensive design should have accounted for Lillard's quickness.
