Waiting for the douchebags who post in the game threads saying Mchale/Sampson want Lin to fail so that they'd be justified when they cut him the first time....
Cutting players is Morey's responsibility. I would like to point out that it takes time to adjust to playing with someone of Hardens talent. Other super stars do not have that problem. But the average player takes time to learn to fit into a super stars game.
I dont doubt for a second that McHale wants to win, not at all. What I do doubt, is his ability to win. His coaching record proves my point.
I have no idea, but he obviously either really has no idea what he is doing, or he is being his sarcastic self after learning that he's been lame-ducked.
You not only cannot back this statement up with ANY fact, you expose your ignorance even muttering it.
Do you have any idea what you are talking about? Morey just signed Harden and so with that coup he is not going anywhere. McHale is Morey's coach so he is not going anywhere. Get used to it. And come to think of it, why would you even think McHale is a bad coach? Facts please, not some hyperventilating irrational opinion.
I am not on that Harden wagon like some folks here. For the best, Harden is just a poorman's LBJ. That's it. Under Morey's management, Houston has been the one of best teams which could not make to the playoff for years now. I mean ranking 9th.
You can honest type with a straight face that the reason McHale coached teams never made the finals because of his coaching?
Are there any strong identity for his teams? like being very good at defense or offense? helping young players to succeed?
I thought every coach at every level wants to win, just like every player does. The issue is whether McHale knows how to win. He certainly doesn't have any track record to support him.
