Why hasn't the Rockets organization announced anything? Was it Microfracture surgery or something more or less?

Best of luck to him in his recovery and since these are no longer needed, anybody want to buy my 7-8 McGrady jerseys off of me? ;)

I need to see video evidence, but even then, it might be another roswell hoax.

Whats there to announce? TMac has decided to be his own PR agent. They will find out the same way as me and you.

Yeah i'm pretty sure tracy doesnt type this stuff himself, might not even be his own words, he probably just tells his assistant or whoever sort of what to write and they type it up..... a lot of athletes and celebs do this. Sometimes it's just being lazy, lack of time, or maybe they just suck at writing.

Finally!! Can we now end the speculation of him coming back this season? Get well Tracy, but I think your time has to an end here. Best of luck on whatever your future holds.

It varies from person to person.

Microfracture surgeries require at least 4 months but I think McGrady will sit until December,January of the next year.

Probably true, but why would his PR people post about his initial decision to have the surgery without apparently talking to the organization?

I'm not talking this blog necessarily, but why is it so hard to believe Celebrities do their own blogs or whatever you want to call it? It isn't that hard to write a couple paragraphs and post them online. As for having the time, Celebrities aren't busy 24/7. Believe it or not, they have a "down" time where they do things like update their blog. Theres actually a good video online where Artest interviews Kobe and somebody ask if they do they're own groceries. Kobe answers with an astounding, "Yes!". He goes on to mention that just because they are celebs, they don't have assistants doing every single thing for them.

I'm not saying T-Mac wrote this one but I just find it funny whenever a Celebrity post something like a blog on their official site, fans always think there is no way the actual celebrity wrote that. As if they aren't human and don't do normal things people do like write blogs. Its not that out of this world for a celebrity to do their own blog. The internet itself is a different communication outlet to the world and even famous people like Celebrities take advantage of it too.

I wouldn't be surprised if his wife writes his blogs. Anyway, I hope he stays a Rocket.

Did I mention this board being cancerous.

This guy, man, HUMAN being just went through a major surgery in that it could effectively end his career... and this post has been taken over by guys whose shortsightedness can only get them to respond with all kinds of derogatory remarks.

Get well TMac and even if you never put on Rockets red again thanks for the memories.

Well, maybe I shouldn't say this. T-mac has ever said that "I am alright now, the treatment is successful. I think I am fine now" couple times. So..... maybe we should do nothing just wait and see..
