i've spent so much time on this thread, i've had to fake my way through work the last few days. i don't have a clue what's going on with my deal, but i know everything about this deal.

the best part of this whole thing has been watching Clutch be a fan again. he's just as giddy as the rest of us...

 

If you look further into the Espn article, they talk about how they might move Laettner and/or Stackhouse in another deal.

 

Unless Finley and dirk or nash are getting Traded o LA this move for the Mavs makes no sense whatsoever!

He expected the pressure to increase on the Rockets, but I think it's heating up for him, quickly. Who are these 7 teams that could swing a trade for T-Mac now?

have you been watching from the beginning?

I stepped out for a couple of minutes around 9:20 and was afraid I might have misse dit.....there is only 15 minutes left in the news, and so far, no sports.

 

Jim Gray just said that he spoke to Jeff Fried, and "Francis is no longer an impediment to this trade".

He also said TMac has made it VERY clear Houston is where he wants to be; his sources say the deal WILL get done, but it may be 2-4 days.

 

Jim Gray is just on ESPN right now and he said he has talked to Houston people and the people in the McGrady camp and he said the deal is expected to go down in a couple of days. And that McGrady WANTS to go to Houston!

 

They are talking about the trade at length on ESPN right now. Speculation (Jim Grey i think) that deal will get done but it may take a few more days. Said McGrady will only sign with Houston and will get what he wants.
