    TJ, it could be any number of players including Howard, Cato, or Gaines. We can only hope that CD isn't dumb enough to take on Grant Hill in this trade.

    Are these scoops coming from ESPN on TV or Radio?

    It is more likely that it is a Magic player. There is a pretty good chance that the Rockets will get 3 for 3 in this deal to make it work under the cap. As a result, if one of those "filler" players is left available in the expansion draft and gets taken, they'll have to go with someone else.

    No way the Rockets leave this to chance, though. I'm guessing they say, "Ok, either this guy or this guy" and the Magic have the choice.

    Well, I guess its safe to say that Francis won't be in a Rockets uni next year. Trade or not, I doubt he wants to stay here anymore.

    They are from ESPN NEWS(tv) and the interesting thing is they clearly said "playerS" available in the expansion draft. So apparently the deal involves more than one exposed player.

    The trade is McGrady and Juwan Howard for Francis, Cato and Mobley.

    Apparently Howard is not protected and could be selected in the expansion draft.

    basso, Lue is another Moochie at half the cost.

    Finn*, if that's true, I don't think we'll have to worry about Charlotte taking his contract. They only have $28 million to spent on 12 players.
