... and I forgot that there were other NBA players other than Tracy and Steve.

 

Have the Rockets given SF3 permission to visit with Orlando management? If not, after the deal is consummated, I hope the Rockets make a formal tampering complaint to the league office. Censure and some heavy fines (loss of a first rounder?) would make me very happy.

 

It has been reported in a few places that they have given permission to the Magic and Francis.

Perhaps the AP just forgot to mention Gaines in the deal, doubtful but could happen in an error on thier part. Either way, with Gaines not in, Lue opting out for a bigger paycheck, and our TE/MLE, that opens up major roster and cap room for us! Don't forget that Tmac and JH came only second to you know who as a scoring duo last season!!! Plus, every Rocket fan knows that we would give up all three of our players plus next years first rounder for Tmac alone and still come out ahead in tomorrow's deal!

Stay firm. As useless as some of our picks have been, I wouldn't just toss them in to appease them.

 

I saw that last night and posted something similar. I think it is pretty clear that they are trying to delay as long as possible to get the Rockets to add a little to the deal.
