well you guys are sure on a rush to judge his performance. i am sorry but he does need more minutes if he wants to be effective. 8 mins is just not enough for him to really show much more than what he is doing right now. he looks to be moving well, but he only gets so many opportunites. He will avg like what 3 shots, 5 at the most. And again its not like he is being angry about the situation. he seemed very calm when answering the questions regarding his minutes, and he did say that at the same time he shouldnt rush things like he did last year an that the rockets have his best intentions in mind, and that he doesnt want to ruin chemistry, but like any other player, he wants to play more.

Not sure I believe this. I certainly believe that he feels that way, it was just a matter of time. But why would he just go talking about it in some random interview.

I'm certainly not denying the existence of those rumors.

I have a feeling that article is complete bull that's just trying to create more drama with Tracy's situation...that's just what I think.

I think Adelman probably wants to see Tracy bust his ass non-stop for those 8 minutes that he's in. Any NBA player who is as healthy and as ready as Tracy claims he is, should be able to do that no problem.

Can you imagine how hard guys like Lowry, Landry, Scola, Hayes, etc. would play if they were working back from an injury and knew they were only going for 8 minutes?

Meanwhile, Tracy still looks slow on defense and disinterested playing off the ball on offense.

DD went to sleep or else he would be all over this. The fanhouse article seems to stir the pot more than it actually is being stirred but I do believe he feels that way and he will be shipped before the deadline. While he's here, he should pay more because he can certainly can't do worse than Ariza.

Mcgrady's going to be blasted for these comments but I'd love to know who actually sat there and watched the game and didn't wonder if McGrady could be helping us in that 4th quarter. It's flat out r****ded that he isn't getting Budinger's minutes at the minimum while he's out. I think for 7 minutes of trying to get in a flow and coming off surgery he looks pretty good.

DD is really Santa Claus and he's flying over clutchfans homes to see if they've been good fans or bad fans.

if you are good, you'll get a nice gift like clutch city or double clutch dvds.

if you are bad, then he won't stuff anything in your adidas stockings.

Holy crap. Where did these comments come from? I mean, Clutch just showed the vid where Tmac had this "interview" in the other thread right? Did he edit it and cut some stuff out? Because the vid was giving off a different vibe.

The reporter in the vid also asked him about PT, and what he said was radically different from his comments here. WTF is going on?

How do you go from saying "That was the plan, and I'm fine with that" in Clutch's thread to "If they're trying to showcase me, give me 15-20 mins"?

I don't get it. I think part of the comments are made up, a rant about PT doesn't fit with saying you're fine with what RA's doing, they're completely opposite statements for crying out loud how can he say them in the same time?

You guys sound like a bunch of judgmental armchair dip****s with most of these comments. I'm not the biggest Tracy McGrady fan out there, but for one damn second, just think about what it would be like if you were in his situation, especially in a game like this against Orlando.

He's handled himself remarkably well all things considered. At the very least he deserves the right to be told, straight up, he isn't in their plans, now or in the future. We don't know what the communication is like between him and the management, but it's just a common decency to be truthful to the guy.
