Sure, unless that $23 million dollar man has a history of lacking heart, health, and mental fortitude.
i can see this qoute has to be based on guys when there are healthy, since yao ming cant do anything right now. And if you are talking about when they are all healthy, then its Yao, Tracy, and Scola. Dont fool yourself
Tracy Mcgrady - New poster boy for Bi-Polar Disorder. This dude is moodier than women. Get paid 23 million, and play your 7-8 minutes with a smile. Stop talking cause your too r****ded. I am actually a fan of the guy as a player, but as a person, he just needs to go back to school and take some classes on public image and public speaking. In all of this, I am more concerned about Rick Adelman cause I know he is getting frustrated with the guy.
Well Let's be real If our 23 Million Dollar man only plays as well as our Million dollar man Why not dump Mr. 23 Million for Mr. Million and save 22 million toward cap space Is that the bar for McGrady now? That he 'just as good' as the much lower paid bench players? Is the bar for him . .and him specifically. . . to be GREAT or even GOOD? Has it lowered this much that we have to dog VON WAFER to prop McGrady up? SERIOUSLY . . .are we even mentioning them in the same Breathe? Seriously? Rocket River
it is his fault for not trying to live up too it! for not trying to EARN IT for being a Primadonna Rocket River
You assume too much. Where did I say anything about Tracy's salary being his own fault? The Rockets chose to pay him that salary and they have to live with it. Because Tracy is being paid that much doesn't mean he is truly worth that much (highest paid player in the league this year). Fans also have every right to scrutinize the highly paid players on the team when those guys don't live up to their billing. Don't fault people for wanting to see guys earn their paycheck on the court. Some people are paid higher than othes and naturally higher expectations are higher for guys like Tracy and Yao.
Absolutely, provided he's ready to go full tilt. So far (and it's early), but Tracy has looked hot and cold. Sometimes I think it's rust (though hasn't he been rehabbing and practicing hard) and sometimes I think it just Tracy being his mentally hot/cold self. It's terribly frustrating, even pre-surgery, how Tracy has handling his situation. Not what you expect of the highest paid guy in the league.
he's coming back from an injury. he's not getting minutes to be judged by his production. it's not like tracy when he was at his best never get a bad start in the first quarter right? again, judge him when he gets extended minutes, and when he does get into a rhythm.
DaDaKota there is something I been meaning to tell you . . . . been waiting 5 yrs! I TOLD YOU SO!!!! Remeber the long drawn out discussions on why trading TMAC for SF3, Cat and Cato was a BAD IDEA1 I said it was bad . . . TMAC was a quitter and he cost too much well . . . . You came with the DADA AXIOMS: 1. Always get the most 'talented' person in the deal 2. When talents are equal get the Taller Talent Sometimes mental toughness and heart trump Talent Glad you have come to see the truth! Rocket River Amazing . . . DaDa - one of the biggest proponents of the TMac Trade when it happened. . . is now seen as TMac's biggest Haters I guess there is a thin line between love and hate
so who do you propose that we should have traded for? b/c i guarantee you you'd be b****ing just as much if not more if we had kept sf3
Then your Guarantee would not be worth a d*mn! Rocket River Biggest SF3 Supporter EVAH!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA
Dude. A thin line? Have you been asleep these last 4 years? As if Tracy has done nothing to engender this dislike. And as for the trade, if I have to choose between fail and epic fail, i'll take the fail, please.
you have people who will give credit to the same posters who bash t-mac, and its probably the same people over and over again
At best - Which is what I said when the trade was made. [I thought it was a step back really] Rocket River
