Think about what you said I do to Tmac and apply it to what you say about me.

I am 100% truthful in the moment......I don't like Tracy...that is true.....but I am also aware that he has talent....and when he plays well, I say it.

But, in honesty, he has not played that well....especially on defense.

It has nothing to do with the cameo comment, but he really should have learned by now that the media is not helping his cause.

If you had an employee constantly undercutting you and going to the media, you would want him gone too.

Tracy is a cancer on this team.....you got to cut the cancer out.

He's earned it by playing well. He clearly makes the team better. That's why he should be played more.

Tmac has earned his time by being the rockets best player for most of his time in the organization he has earned his time by busting his a$$ to come back early from microfracture surgery. he has earned his time by being a better basketball player then ariza or battier. How about the fact that hes still the best 2 guard on the team. Dadakota how have you earned the right to judge how much tmAc has earned or not earned. in my opinion your just an adleman apologist

I didn't realize we needed to post bball common sense in a basketball forum....but i have posted similar "predictions" in one way or another, i just don't make a nice list and bookmark it so i can come back a few months later and pat myself on the back. I hope you don't come back in august to show us your prediction of how we wouldn't be able to sign a max FA that summer..

What he did in the past is meaningless, it is what he can do for the team now that matters.

Live in the now, celebrate the past.

    CHARGE AHEAD !

    Okay... first off:

[1] McGrady: 0-7 Playoffs, nuff said.

[2] 12 year curse broken without McGrady's help. Nuff said.

[3] So McGrady scored 10 points and 3 assists in 8 minutes that one Clippers game, right? Well on paper that's pretty darn impressive; hell he's an amazing player, we're not denying that. Yet, on defense he was totally non-existent. At one point he allowed his man to score a wide open 3-pointer. The scoreboard was also very tight that first quarter; it wasn't until McGrady left the floor that the Rockets took off to a double-digit lead. Coincidence?

[4] McGrady is an outsider. Every 'cameo' he makes, (and this is just my opinion of course, although I'm sure many clutchfans will agree), he doesn't seem to fit in. He doesn't seem like part of this team. It's Rockets + McGrady out there for those 7-8 minutes. Whenever he'd get the ball, he'd tried to go up and beyond, trying to prove that he deserves more minutes by racking up buckets / jacking up shots. McGrady is about "ME ME ME." That's why he needs to get the f*** out.

Which is why I'm surprised how much special treatment you're giving to a bone head like Wafer. You yourself claimed the BBS overblown the whole Wafer vs RA thing when we could visually see there was a problem between the two. When it comes to an unreliable source providing "quotes" from McGrady, you conclude he is an immediate cancer.

So tell me, how does a cancer benefit the team? You yourself claimed he played well before, so how does a cancer ever help a team?

For that matter, McGrady is not even a cancer to the chemistry of the team. We don't even know how effective McGrady is at the moment, but I can assure you his current offense is far more desirable than Ariza's.

When McGrady actually destroys the chemistry within the team and RA refuses to play him anymore, then he becomes a cancer.

I agree with this. It's so plain as day it's not even funny at this point. The guys public comments suck, his body language sucks, and his relationship with the organization has sucked for a while. Unfortunately it seems him and the Rockets are lost on a dingy together and neither of them have anywhere else to go.

He is already doing that by taking the media attention away from the team and putting it on himself.

Either way, he will be gone soon......and we can move on as a franchise and celebrate the good things he did.....and the bad.

The FSN interview and that fanhouse one really seem to contradict each other...in the FSN interview just last night, tmac was talking as if he understood the coaches decision and didnt want to ruin chemistry, how on earth does he turn 180 degrees a few minutes later on another interview and talk like he is frustrated and wants to be traded? Do we have video/footage of the fanhouse interview? No, we have actual footage of the FSN one, dont' believe everything the media tells you, I gaurantee this artice is complete bull****. Tmac is not that dumb guys.

I have made my points on that issue when they were discussed previously, I don't need to keep repeatedly push the issue in order to rile everyone up.

His minutes should have started increasing when he had 10 points in 8 minutes. Can't guard him when he's being aggressive... Even on those rusty legs of his

Von has been a bonehead at times, but you can't argue that the guy plays with his emotion on his sleeve. That is contagious. McGrady's sulky, lackadaisacal attitude and mediocre efforts are also contagious (see Toronto/Philly games).

I doubt the team cares one way or another about the media attention. Media attention is for fans like us not the players, no one on this team probably gives a crap if TMAC wants out or in just as long as they win and if there is an issue Scola/Battier/Hayes will squash that ASAP.

Let me just ask the question...

Do you think RA is making it personal? Has made it personal?
Do you think DM is making it personal? Has made it personal?
Do you think the organization is making it personal? Has made it personal?

Or do you think they are trying to take their time ushering him back in that he will be able to play every game? Unlike in years past when he called the shots. He was in one night, out the next. Limped in the one after that, shooting 3-16 and not playing defense? And in the game thread, people would ask WTF is he doing in there????

Unfortunate thing is, that he isn't there yet. In one game, Clippers game, back so far, has he really showed signs of being himself again. Yes Trevor is slumping but it would really wouldn't be best for everyone right now if he ran even the half marathon now, much less the full one.

We also played 4 games in 6 nights there. That had something to do with the minutes as well. Let's see what his minutes will be like as our games get spaced out a little more beneficial for the Rockets.

You guys have to know that the team/organization want TMac to return just like you do as long as he is a Rocket. It would be stupid of them to hope any other way. If he is traded, it's because the team (you know the reason why this site exists) got better.

He is taking media attention away from the team?

He did that last year, and perhaps the years before as well, but not this year. As far as I can tell, he's responding to questions. He isn't openly asking for trades, he isn't blogging about how disappointed he is with his playing time.

Von Wafer was a chemistry destroyer, I don't see you complaining. Heck, you sure had no problem having him back when he was kicked off his new team in a matter of months.

LOL - put the crack pipe down and sober up.

Von played hard, not smart all the time but at least he played hard.

Tracy, which this thread is about and his minions keep trying to shift the sand by bringing up Von, and Ariza and anything else taking attention away from his PUTRID play is the point of this thread.

And he wants more time....Sure...let's put the guy in there shooting .368 and being a sieve on defense more time....ROFLMAO !!!!!

    HA
