I feel the same way.... to get you nose back to looking right would cost some big cash... I do have to say of all the places a dog could bite I wonder how he got his nose bit??

"Oh well, things could be worse. I could've got my nose bit off by a Saigon w****!"...."Yooooou b*stard!"

I'm guessing that if your employer's dog attacked you and bit you that you would also be seeking some sort of compensation to pay for your medical bills at the very least. It doesn't sound like this guy is trying to milk T-Mac, so I don't see the problem. From what I've heard on the radio T-Mac has stated that he intends on doing whatever is necessary to help the guy, as he should.

Yes, but do you think Fred would provoke a "very vicious" Rottweiler - alone?

TMac really should euthanize the dog. It sounds like he got very lucky this time in that only the guy's nose was injured. Next time, some guy could get paralyzed or even die. In that case, he probably would get sued for everything + wage garnishing for the rest of his life.

On the sports station in Houston they said the law suit was file yesterday. I guess the guy wanted to make sure the papers were served.

On a side note, Freddie Mitchell for the Eagles had a warrant out for his arrest Sunday for refusing to pay some car shop for doing some worked on his car. He had a dispute about the work. This guy on one of the national talk shows Sunday morning was saying that if Mitchell dropped a pass some officer should arrest him.

According to the article, he was climbing up the stairs, so maybe the dog was above him. The guy also ended up falling down the stairs. Tracy is lucky the guy didn't break his neck or worse.
