True, but everything else in the article was pretty much on point. Does Fran have a membership on Clutchfans?Iif he doesn't he must troll, hard!
I'm sorry but that article is BRUTAL. It has one quote! ONE MEANINGLESS QUOTE. Where is he getting all his ideas. He's obviously pulling them out of his fat a$$. I hate writers like him.
I hope he trolls. The info on this site is more credible than whatever he decides to write down on paper. The guy just has it out for mcgrady. He has a long history of choosing guys to slam in the press and its irresponsible and theres a reason why mcgrady is so standoffish to the media and to the fans. Theyre just waiting to crap on him for no reason.
Having worked on the Houston Chronicle's Rockets coverage for years, I really woudn't doubt that he has actual information from people around the team, even if he cannot name or quote them.
I don't care. Just writing whatever you think about the guy when you have probably never spoken to him in your life is garbage. To put it out on NBA.com for everyone to read is even worse. I don't feel bad about slamming him on this site either because God knows its what he does for a living.
Of course you are free to slam Blinebury, but my guess would be that Fran Blinebury has in fact spoken to TMac in his life, even if it hasn't happened lately.
Did you even read the article. It basically rehashes things that happened almost a year ago. Its laughable. He goes on to say its always about McGrady, well damn if everytime he cuts a fart 5 people are writing about it then yeah, the focus is always going to be on him. Theres no news to report. Theres nothing more that needs to be said about what happened last year, yet he brings it up out of no where and then makes it out to be like tmac is the one whos bringing all the attention onto himself. Give me a break. Do you fall for this crap?
He said in a sarcastic way: "It's my fault that we missed the free-throws..." but seriously i would have said the same...
I wonder how many players and fans would just like to move on? I would. I hope a trade is coming sometime this season. I don't see TMac coming back to the Rockets and being the "star." Maybe he is not coming back at all.
Fran is writing an article for a national audience. I believe it is definitely worth informing people who don't follow the Rockets or McGrady about history. McGrady has a pattern of shooting his mouth off, contradicting the organization and making himself the center of attention. It's more than fair to bring up the past when discussing the present. By the way, when I read your posts in this thread I can't help but hear the line "Stop whining!" from Arnold Swarzenegger in Kindergarten Cop
Did you read or had you ever heard about the "crap" Tracy pulled in Orlando? It's hard to disregard the track record and melee he leaves or has left behind after leaving teams, even in Toronto.
