Kevin McHale, Chris Webber, and Ernie on NBA TV. CWebb said that Adelman was handling this way better than he did his return. I agree, limit his time.
O'Neal with a similarly large expiring contract and fills a position of need for us. McGrady would fill a position of need, as well, but he's hobbled and seems to have worn his welcome out in this town. I'd do McGrady for O'Neal but I don't see why the Heat would do it.
I wonder, what about tomorrow game? is this the start of Tracy's season, or just the one game showcase during ariza's suspension?
7 minutes, 4 minutes, 6 minutes, 9 minutes... The point seems to remain the same: It's a showcase for a trade. The question is how will McGrady look and will he want to play well?
wow, cool, thanks to ariza's unreasoning behavior, hope tmac will make good use of this less intensive game to find his feeling on the court.
And here we go. I don't expect to see to much, Adelman has made it pretty clear Tracy will play limited minutes. So we'll probably get a very small view of where he's at...not enough to make much of an evaluation I would imagine. And is he coming off the bench??? or Starting tonight???
WojYahooNBA Pat Riley will be watching McGrady closely tonight, league sources say. Heat GM still has intrigue with TMac. Riles itching to make changes.
