McGrady: If traded from Orlando, Rockets are first choice

Had McGrady not been traded to Houston, would everything else have happened exactly the same to enable them to get Dwight Howard (among others).

 

Well if his knees gave in and they were still able to tank a season.

Just thought the negativity in "not getting him, or getting him" is very
comparable to the summer we got TMAC -I had to search to find the bump...
Anyways just wanted to share the parallel universe we might be
getting ourselves into!-and yes even bk then we HAD aBAD AZZ package
that is just hard to turn down. Morey has done work. CD got lucky,
although getting rid of Cato in the deal was a steal for us, and CD did do work
to get SF3 so....lucky or not he got the big name here-it's on you Morey -(to quote Tmac)

 

yeh they would have. tracy was traded the same summer dwight was drafted. nobody knew dwight was gonna be a franchise center though bc he just came straight from high school.
