There's not much to take out of context when someone says "It won't end tonight". It was a dumb thing to say.

I hope that after tonights performance, TMAC learns to shut his pie hole (whether he claims its a guarantee or not) and just lets his actions on the court do the talking for him. He got it going at the end tonight but the first 3 1/2 quarters sucked.
even if you want to say he sucked then it was only in the first half. anyway haters are going to hate because that's what they do. no matter what he does it's just a matter of you all biting your tongue when things are going good and then spewing your crap when it goes bad.
I guess these guys trashing McGrady for the "guarantee" look foolish now that it was shown he DIDN'T make a guarantee.
You clearly didn't read what he said, so I'll help you: A video of this was posted the other day. He DID NOT guarantee a win. After that quote, he prefaced it with saying "if" they play like they've been playing. He joked that given his past, he's not going to be making any guarantees
Nothing is a guarantee in this league, I believe that's what he said. It was ugly, but he was "right". Tough, tough win. I was getting a little restless. You can tell this is the game we missed Landry's athleticism the most. Let's go for 21!
