Tracy has a will power to be the next best player this season like the media projected. He will re capture those good all day's highlights!

this is out of topic for this thread but this page is mostly about YAO.

so this is my opinion about YAO.

umm,YAO every season has played great in spurts. He is considered as one of the best centers in the NBA.w/c means that he is an elite center in the NBA.And i do believe so.

It seems like McGrady says he's going to regain his form every year. This was 2006 preseason post back injuries:

McGrady scores 17 in 19 minutes.

"I had a setback last year and I really had to bust my butt to get into tip-top shape," McGrady said. "I expect to be one of the elite players in this league."

He sank jumpers with ease. He repeatedly got to the rim. And he even looked like a point guard with several no-look passes to Chuck Hayes on the pick-and-roll.

"I felt light," McGrady said. "Feeling good is the best feeling, especially coming off the year I had. I'm really confident and I'm going to stay that way. I've got the passion back."

he did that on just skills. tmac being able to run normally on the court will get you 20, 5, 5 EASY. i'm not worried about how he'll play next yr.

the difference is in his training. one is grover, the other is wayne hall. the previous trainer is probably the cause of most of tracy's injuries. tracy has had a terrible back, and yet he allowed tracy to bulk up that further aggravated the back problems, which most likely triggered the knee problems.

if grover can get tracy's body in sync, he'll be fine.

    Wow, a positive post!

Watching that old video of Tracy lifting with Hall is pretty painful to watch. Talk about terrible form, it's no wonder that he got hurt. Improper lifting will do that to you.

I'm very excited to see the results from his work with Grover. Not that I'm setting the bar too high but I do have a good feeling that he will surprise a lot of people.

yeah TMAC does look and sound very confident and optimistic. But that's nothing new to me.Its still all talk and still has lots to prove. The only difference this time is T.Grover, its about time TMAC went to this guy i also think that TMAC put on some unreasonable bulk w/ his last trainer and his last trainer was bulky the same way too hahaha

I want to see him on the floor, because his lateral quickness has slowly been eroding away.

Hopefully he gets some of that back, because a jump shooting Tmac is not someone we need all that much.

At least you're giving him a chance. I think you were one of the people that said T-Mac would never suit up for the Rockets again and he was done in Houston. I don't think he's going anywhere for now. Not until the trade deadline anyways.
