This is ridiculous. I suggest you do what I am doing... mentally block the McGrady situation from your head and just watch the team play. He'll comeback when the time is right.
Whats the big deal? So they moved his "back" checkup to today...thats cool, his MRI and Practice should go as planned. Everybody needs to take a step and take a deep breath...Stacey will be back sooner then later.
No one rely mentioned why his back is hurting? If his back is hurting now and he hasn't played for a while, wouldn't it pose a problem when he is on the court.
I think ppl really forget that practice is just has hard as the game even harder. Because you are pushing yourself to get better you can still get injured.
So when will be the mri take place today? Just thinking if I should stay awake tonight for the results.
i head a dream it was postponed, the knee mri though...i'm still thinking it will be..if his back was sore just this weekend, i dont think he can practice all out..
I think this is just a case of a power struggle between coach and player, the problem is the player has not come to grips with the fact that the team is in control and he isn't.... He will.....hopefully. DD
Adelman’s quote is interesting: “It's not that simple. I'm not going to worry about it. Just move on, worry about the team and worry about what's next. With Tracy coming back, there's a whole lot of things we have to deal with before we consider that. For now, I'm trying to deal with the guys on our team. Tracy's situation, will take care of itself.”
I agree with you on the first part...But I think CBUD can turn into a star in this league. He doesnt have much weaknesses and he could fairly well end up being an allstar...Give him 35 minutes a game and Im sure he could put up some numbers.
This is probably the most anticipated practice (Nov 23) in the last few seasons. I'm sure we all can't wait to hear the report. I hope Tracy does well on the floor as well as his examination.
As a season ticket holder, I want to see t-mac play!! Rockets cant even sell out games anymore, as much as I love this team, basketball is about entertainment. With $23 million sitting on the bench, I feel like I'm getting screwed on my $4500 investment. Bring him back before the Lebron game or Im not renewing next year!!!
To be truthful I really dont want Yao to comeback this year...We would have to change our whole style of play once again...Plus alot of things would have to happen for Yao to comeback
Coach Adelman's statement on this issue is very telling. The McGrady era is really over folks. Time to move on.
It does seem to imply that there's more to the situation than T-mac being healthy. Adelman may want T-mac to prove he buys into his system before he lets him back on the court...and this could be what it's about. And why they want T-mac to go through full practices - to see if he is adopting to RA's system.
