Next season Yao Ming could include Tracy McGrady on his team and win a championship. :p

"come on man I'm all about winning" - Tmac

The dood couldn't do it with Yao, sure he puts up numbers, gave us moments that won't be forgotten but never made Houston the champions they were supposed to be.

    "disgusted"

mcgrady put this on himselfapparently last year we had a deal set up for his cousin VC. The ever emotional tmac got a ear on the deal and went under the knife, so the deal didn't fall through.

-We paid him to take our dreams away from us-
    that's disgusting.

Exactly. Jermaine Taylor, Brian Cook, Joey Dorsey all need to speak up. The Rockets gone to far with their deciding when players can and can't play. No more!

Not that I'm defending McGrady but you're the one that's wrong. Go find the video with Keith Jones and the team Dr where Keith Jones says McGrady called him and told him about the surgery before it was announced. Yes he should have informed management rather than the trainer but to say he did not notify the team first is in your words, False.

TMac could still have some value as a sign and trade. Maybe Les is willing to take the salary hit, provided he can get a good player for him in the offseason.

I was now thinking TMac was not going to be traded. But now I really want a trade, even if it is not the best one. Get rid of this pest.

Cannot really complain against SAS either. He is just doing his job: provide entertainment. I enjoy his interviews, they are obviously orchestrated, but fun to watch.

funny "disgusted" was the same word I used to describe McGrady last year and a lot of y'all got all pissed off at it HERE

Its easy to point fingers but right now given the track history of McGrady and of the Rockets I am going to say that Tracy here is just whining and crying again I think most players know his personalities. My only concern would be what other players does his agent represent? We may not have a easy time trying to sign those players in the future his agent may try to screw the rockets.

Sooner this is over the better it will be for all of us.

I think its mostly about the money, but then too, he's not jordan and chicago had a hard time signing guys post jordan from his last years of treatment. I think its a moot point, out of sight out of mind. They should've been moved him and moved on.

    This is what happened:

Tracy to Adleman and Daryl: "I want more than 8 minutes"
    Coach and Daryl: "No"
    *Tracy makes angry face*
Tracy: "I have stuff to do, I'm leaving"
Coach and Daryl: "Good, don't let the door hit you on the ass when you leave"
*Adleman and Daryl high five and celebrate after Tracy walks out*

The organization totally screwed T-mac all he wanted was to play, prove he can still contribute and help the team win after all the negativity he received about him being washed up and the team being better without him, I know he was dying to prove himself.

Now it's like their punishing him for playing hurt last year when he should have never been playing in the first place, the guy was just excited about the addition of artest and rushed back too soon coming off 2 surgeries which delayed his regular offseason routine.

Everyone makes a big deal about him wanting to play because it's his contract year, isn't that what every player plays for?...I don't think any player in the league is playing without a contract.

Regardless at this point I know the guy is more focused on winning, so he can get the burden of not getting out of the first round off his back, the guy actually cried when he loss the only series he was favored to win :(

dude, this is so over already. We're talking about Me-Mac in 2009-2010, and as you yourself may have seen during the minutes he played, he can do with a lot more rehabbing and strengthening. In my opinion, Rockets is doing him a favor by resting him. He can return in better shape next season.

Now will he still worth a megabuck contract? I doubt it. But it's not because of his sitting out this year. Teams up and down the league are cutting back salaries and are staying clear of big contracts unless it's for the elite players like Kobe and co.

If anything, I was surprised he stayed quiet for this long. Anyway, tell him fans are also "disgusted" at him and sad that we waited this long for a guy who didn't have the stuff to deliver a championship and yet lacked the humility and graciousness that could have offset his failures.

at the end of the day, both sides have handled this poorly.

Sadly, it's not the first time the rockets have handled situations badly.

Stephen A. Smith hangs to McGrady's nuts, like a swing, all the while puckering it up to his shaft.

ps. Sorry Clutch, promise to keep it clean after this. ;)

Ido not blame the ROX for this. What if he gets injured again and with it goes any trade options to better the team for this year?

McGrady fanboys re-posted that video like it was some kind of revelation. Nothing to see, it was all about damage control.

I am getting more and more sickened of this situation by the minute. Trade him for a spotlight we can shine on Hakeem's memorial outside Toyota Center.

Neither side looks good here. Tracy with his antics last year and then the Rockets looking like they are holding a grudge which is pretty unprofessional as well.

Both sides need to be humble and just admit to themselves they made mistakes and move on.

Sometimes I wonder what would have become of MerGady had he no basketball skills. College drop out? Selling McGangbangs at Micky D's? The world may never know.

I used to hope he'll go bankrupt within 5 years of his eventual retirement, but now I just wish he never gets to set foot on the court again. For any team. Cept maybe in china like others have stated before me.
