McGrady "disgusted" by Houston Rockets organization (per Steven A. Smith)

Tracy and Stephen A can both take a flying leap as far as I'm concerned

 

I promise you that the rest of the NBA is well-aware of the type of person/player Tracy McGrady is. Nobody in the league is looking at his treatment in Houston as anything but well-deserved. If there are players who think he is getting a raw deal it's almost certain they are the types of bums Morey and Adelman don't want here anyway.

 

I wish I could be so disgusted. My wife and I are physicians, and we won't make in our combined careers what he's making this season.

 

it won't end because once he's moved he'll do interviews and questions will be asked and Tracy hasn't every met a question he didn't want to answer. Hence the GARM will never be free of this, at least not anytime soon.

 

For those who said the stunt he pulled last year.. please reiterate..

It was told he told the training staff about his surgery before anyone else, and I doubt it was because of the trade ****..

Well, I dont take anything Stephen A. Smith says seriously anyway.. So, it doesnt matter. T-Mac could have simply said something like.. I think I could've played more, and they shouldnt have said I could play or something simple like that.. And to get a story SAS said what he said..

So, before you go bashing think of other possibilities

This is not news, Steven A Smith is just repeating the same he said a long time ago.

I thought was something new, and I was surprise becuase that time he said he will get an interview with more details from T-Mac of his side of the story once the trade have been made.

I don't know, its a sticky situation. Both the Rockets and Tracy could have handled it better IMO. Tracy is used to being spoiled and the Rockets have every right to send a clear message that no one is above the team.

I'm looking forward to seeing what happens with the trade deadline. I wish Tracy the best, and hope we get some good pieces without giving up any of our current core group.

 

And instead of telling the Rockets, "Guess what, I've decided to have the surgery anyway," he told Stephen A. Smith. Every single time Tracy opens his mouth to Stephen A. Smith, he says something that nobody wants to hear. He really ought to stop taking his calls.

 

So was McGrady sent home or did he bail on the team in that roadtrip?

I'm disgustd by the Rockets as well. Who are they to tell McGrady when he can or can't play? I'm sure other players notice this kind of thing.... Keep this up, and they might all end up leaving for other teams that don't use coaches, general managers, or management.
