Yeah, not a very good comparison. Although DLH didn't win a lot of the big bouts, you gotta give him credit for taking on all the best guys and never running from a fight. Tell Tmac he's guarding Kobe or Wade for the night and you'll likely see him limp a bit more.
this is a horrible comparison, the biggest problem with your analogy is A. Tracy McGrady doesn't disappear in the playoffs, he elevates his game, thats been proven statistically. B. Basketball is a team sport, boxing isn't. Hakeem didn't win championships by himself just like McGrady didn't lose playoff series by himself.
I was thinking the same thing. If Artest knows even the basics of boxing, I'm pretty sure 100 pounds and a foot (or so) of more reach would be enough.
kinda like how bruce lee whoops up on chuck norris fast on slow brooks on whoever speed kills but whats this got to do with anything
This is just a horrible thread lol! btw, Artest would flat out destroy pacwoman in a real fight.........
LOL. Sulking? This is getting ridiculous. There's no doubt that T-Mac does not have the fire that Kobe has, but to say that he has such a low desire to win games that he gives up open lay-ups JUST because he feels like it? Let me guess, Boki Nachbar or VSpan would have just taken off from the three point line for a 3 point dunk while getting fouled, right? After all, that's what real men do.
Are those really DDs favorite players? So only players that are safe from the wrath of DD are bench warmers?
sometimes the artest love here is getting out of hand. tho i would love it if we made him a "chuck norris" type legend. but in all reality, pacman is the best pound for pound fighter in the world. people here who don't watch him don't know any better. and no mcgrady is not a de la hoya. his TEAM loses in the playoffs, but he HIMSELF does not choke on the big stage.
Only someone like Brock Lesnar can take down Artest. Artest looks like the type that will resort to biting his opponents ear off if needed.
