Call me skeptical but I don't think anyone's pulling out their Rockets logos around boiling hot grease.

I can gaurantee that In N out will never do this since they are a familty owned business and do everything the old fashioned way(by hand). Plus they require more skill than the average Mcdonalds to work there.

I don't think I want to touch a screen used by other McDonald's customers. I tend to rate customers who eat at McDonald's (well...the regular ones anyway) as ones who don't take care of themselves like they should and probably don't wash their hands all day long, either. I'll be damned if I want to be touching a screen they touched in line before me. So, are they providing hand wipes or is it self-sanitizing? lol

I don't have to worry about it in all likelihood as I don't go to McDonald's any more or rarely.

Whether it is enough is completely a function of priorities and commitment. (And, therefore, no.) I'm just in a little socialist fantasy-land over here because I know Americans won't be on-board with giving people a perceived free ride even if it was in their own self-interest and even if the necessity was created by their own greed and exploitation.

    Google UWink.

Sit-down restaurant with computers at each table. All ordering is done by computers and they have lots of fun games for children and adults to play. Reach person gets there own computer so you can play against each other.

But that is a concept. This is going to suck. Thank good for In-n-Out. They are unlikely to do something stupid like this.

Just thinking Mcdonalds can actually prepare the food via automated assembly lines.. i mean all the food you buy at the grocery store is made with machines / assembly lines. is it so hard to install that into a fast food place? ...then there would be 0 people working there. all machines.
