Tiger Woods? That was awesome. That stupid kid got beat down of his life. I'm Luvin' it. This ****ing kid and and his parents better not win any lawsuit against McDonald.
The thing is that he beat them initially to the ground and stopped. He warned them not to try to get back up, and when they did he started beating them again. He acted in self-defense the entire time.
Punishments First degree murder: Punishment: 25 years to Life in Prison. Second degree murder: Punishment: 25 years to Life in Prison. Voluntary Manslaughter: Punishment: 3-11 years in Prison. Involuntary Manslaughter: Punishment: 2-4 years in Prison. Vehicular Manslaughter: Punishment: 1-10 years in Prison. Voluntary manslaughter is the killing of a human being in which the offender had no prior intent to kill and acted during "the heat of passion", under circumstances that would cause a reasonable person to become emotionally or mentally disturbed. In the Uniform Crime Reports prepared by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, it is referred to as non negligent manslaughter. Voluntary manslaughter is one of two main types of manslaughter, the other being involuntary manslaughter. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voluntary_manslaughter
Would love to have a take on this that didn't suck but I have no idea what happened. Not sure how everyone else seems to know wth is going on. I mean the menu looks to be in kanji so I don't know how people are assuming this happened in the US. I mean how do people know it was females or males.
There's a link to a news report from CBS a few posts down from the OP. The two that got beat down were girls.
Based on what I can see from the video, I feel the McDonald's employee did everything "right" until about the 40 second mark. When two people jump over a counter to continue assaulting you, I say you have the right to put them on the ground (non-lethally). But at that point you need to remove yourself from the situation.
they read the news report that clearly states what happened- two female customers were charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct for the incident in New York's Greenwich Village. one of the girls suffered a skull fracture and broken arm, the other a "deep laceration" the employee has a criminal record of "killing a high school classmate" the incident started when the employee checked a $50 bill to see if it was counterfeit and the two women became irate.
Is it me or do most of these youtube incidents posted here have black ghetto chicks as central figures in the incidents? Or for more PC term, hoochie mamas.
Yes, this is definitely crystal clear: I mean customers are billing cashiers all the time. The info you post makes it more clear but I didn't find it anywhere in this thread. Anyway I was responding mostly to the video that was posted. How anyone can discern what is happening there is beyond me.
seems pretty clear according to the link, The Freak. I don't know which part you aren't reading right with the whole bolded part you chose to highlight. yeah, they paid him the two girls paid the cashier and he probably put the $50 up to the light or something- pretty standard procedure as mentioned... I saw two girls hop a counter and get a beat down like no other.
I'm a bit torn on this one. I think once they attack you, then pursue you behind the counter, you don't know what kind of whack-jobs you're dealing with. You don't know if they have weapons with them, and you don't know if you don't keep them down "by any means necessary", whether they will continue to come after you. Once they got violent, all bets are off. I say I'm on the guy's side in this one. You come after me like that, I'm going to make sure you don't come after me anymore. That being said, I must be evil, because I couldn't stop laughing as he kept swinging. It was like he was swatting at roaches or it turned into some third-rate zombie movie. Then he would stop when his co-worker told him to stop and he would start up again.
i think he just misread the "$50 bill" part. he's reading it like the customers billed the cashier for $50, but it literally means that they gave the cashier a $50 bill, meaning a piece of paper worth $50.

It sucks to hear statements like that from the owner. Of course it's them preparing for a lawsuit. It just sucks because we know one will be forthcoming and it will be totally undeserved. But because it's a big name like McDonald's they will do it and settle out of court. I think both sides got what they deserve at this point. He's going back to jail. Those girls got their ass beat. But now they'll likely get paid too. And more than they'll ever make in their ghetto lives.
assuming the story is accurate, especially the part about the women going ape**** because the employee was doing his job checking for the counterfeit, i feel bad for the employee. he did his time for his previous crime and getting a job anywhere had to be difficult. the guy deserved to get his life back together and these two b****es ruined it again.
lmao, he's charged with felony assault? Because he defended himself from two pieces of trash who 100% without question were going after him to attack him? Seriously, how can you look at that tape and think the employee was in the wrong here? From someone who has never gotten into a heated physical confrontation outside of young sibling crap, I can honestly say I'd do as much as he did. Adrenaline takes over, I think he was honestly a little scared of what they might do, so he took care of himself. This country needs to stop being so p***y whipped. They wanted a fight, they got it. Someone was bound to lose, and I'm glad it wasn't him.
