yea, why is this a surprise? go look under your seat in your car. there is probably a 6 month old french fry.
Behind the Chicken Goop: The Truth and Science of Chicken Nuggets This is the form chicken is put into before it reaches a chicken nugget. I don't care how safe the process is, that image is enough to turn me off from them for life.
haha thats hilarious because, I kid you not, right when I was done watching that movie I went straight to McDonalds. The movie was like an hour and a half long of him eating everything on their menu...I was craving it the whole time

If you watch this video below you'll understand why that pink stuff is absolute crap. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T67DvoH2H3E
True, but you know what else leads to hypertension, heart attacks etc? Worrying about, or letting others make you worry about, all the little stuff that everyone already knows and freaking out about it all the time.
why do they work at popeyes? i swear i never see consuela frying up my finely marinated strips and cajun fries. i miss consuela...
Wow, it's incredible just how many people missed the point of Supersize Me. I guess the movie can be blamed for not spelling it out to those people who have already been made idiots by consuming too much High Fructose Corn Syrup. Let me spell it out: Let's assume you live on a diet that is the average for people with your caloric needs and age. Let's assume for this example that this diet will allow you to live till you're 80 years old. Now here are two scenarios: - You have McDonald's for all meals, you will die before 80. Let's say you'll die when you're 70. - You have a decent steak, some steamed vegetables and a baked potato, you live very comfortably. Maybe till you're 85. Right now, you are having stupid, idiotic thoughts like: - I feel fine. - I'm not fat. - I don't have cholestorol. What you don't realize is that you have to qualify all of those statements with "yet". But most important of all... I'm sure that if you did a test of people who followed your diet up until your current age, and asked them about how their health fared for 20 years after, you will find that the "stop whining, it's all bull****" speeches are less and less prevalent with each passing year. You know why? Because they didn't think ahead. Instead of blowing your top with the "I have McDonald's regularly, I am a master of moderation, and I am chiseled like a Spartan" how about you stop tooting your own horn and listen for one second. Your current situation, no matter what it is, will deteriorate faster with every french fry. Your current situation is not comparable to other people's situation/choices because you live with different circumstances than they do. If you are aware that it is EXTREMELY unhealthy, yet believe that you should be moderate, good for you. However, your presumption that everyone should be moderate with something that has a scientifically proven downside and little, if any, upside - that's just how you deal with these thing, by burying your self-perceived flaws under a cloud of narcissism.
micky D's always sucks me back in. i worked there for 1 month when i was 15. swore i would never eat there again. 2 years later, i was scarfing down a McRib and fries with Orange Hi-C. thinking of taking the grease bucket out to the grease pit still makes me sick to my stomach though.
and if you did your research you'll find that this is absurd. Check it out: http://www.snopes.com/food/prepare/msm.asp it's always easy to present incomplete truth and pass it off as the whole truth. Just ask Shirley Sherrod how she felt.
Oh snap you totally got me because they are absolutely the same thing! Look, I'm sorry I disagree with you and find that pink smoothie chicken mix picture un-appetizing. That is my natural reaction after looking at it. I don't give a s*** what you or anyone else eats so you don't need to get defensive over a precious chicken nugget with me.
Hmmm, I'm used to seeing my chicken and in fact most of my meats as solids and not pink dough-like substances.
In related news, smoking is bad for you! Seriously, it's a moot point. Personally, I haven't set foot in a McDonald's in years. Chances are I never will again. But everyone knows this crap isn't good for you. You want to stuff your face with this garbage, be my guest. I won't try and stop you.
I don't think people realize how big of a myth this is. Everybody does not know that this is bad for you. I remember being in line at a McDonald's once and a guy wanted to get the Filet-O-Fish to get his omega-3s. Then you see other people try to counter balance it and order a Big Mac, large fries but they'll get a Diet Coke. Then you have others that will go small getting a burger small fries and small drink thinking that helps. Then you have people thinking that since the chicken is all white meat it is lean and healthy. I mean the list could go on and on but not everybody realizes it is unhealthy for you. I'm not against McDonald's at all and I don't try to convince people to be against it but I don't think all people realize it is bad for you and that moderation is necessary when ingesting this stuff.
