Barack could have crossed a picket line to lovingly chisel all of Mount Rushmore with his own teeth, but the usual suspects would call him a weak-jawed lazy socialist traitor due to the party affiliation.

He's done a good job so far

Of course you would prefer the first 100 days of Bush. There was no financial crisis, recession or war.

None of those have effected me, so it isn't what makes me unhappy. Geithner as Treasury Secretary is a disgrace to me. His no more earmarks, wait lets have earmarks. His no lobbyist, having lobbyists. Lets not have massive deficits, lets have massive investments. They all do it, but Obama said he would hold himself to a much higher standard. I really don't feel his standard is any higher, and it may because he set himself up to high, but that is the reason I've been unhappy with them.

I applaud him for ending the don't ask don't tell policy. I also like the new Whitehouse.gov. To me the jury is still out on Gitmo, because I don't know exactly what they are going to do with the prisoners. If a proper plan has been laid out, I haven't read it yet.

Actually, most of my criticisms of Barakka Dukakka have been issues related. He has botched and fumbled too many to count. Of course, most people who voted for him can't count or are still hypnotized by the Hopium, so it's really moot.

I had missed that, but you're right. I guess you can move that to the wait and see column.

"They targeted the youth, women, and the African American's."

Best quote ever. Targeting the future, the backbone, and the heart of america should be illegal.

So according to you women are the backbone of America, and African Americans are the heart?

Thats a new one to me.

Well reguardless of your opinion, it wasn't hard really. All they had to do is turn on a T.V.

Darn it, I spent the whole weekend griping about "Le Noir Magique," so I probably can't touch this one. Thump-thump.

rocketballin, you're by far the biggest troll that's ever existed in the D&D.. please step away from the keyboard and go back to cranking that Rush Limbaugh or that O'Reilly factor. While T_J and basso express some ridiculously insane notions, they usually try really hard to word them creatively and to "sum them up in their own words".. you sir, aren't good at this, and you're essentially typing out the stuff that those morons from the radio keep beating into your brain.. Can you even formulate a single thought that's not directly derived from your favorite talk show host?

man, just like the GARM, the D&D gets unbearable sometimes.. you tend to get used to T_J's and basso's nonsense, but then you have random trolls like this guy and on some occasions CaseyH spewing madness all over the interwebz.

Wow are you kidding me? He's changing things all right, he's making everything worse! People are in love with Obama, not his policies.

Let me go ahead and go on record as to call this the single most asinine, r****dedly stupid, politically biased hack of a response. To claim anyone is the worst at anything roughly 3 months into a 4 year term is tantamount to calling Bush a great president. Dumb, and it calls into question anything you have to say in any further political discussion.

It would take 50 million Obama's worst mistakes to make up for:

    1. Plame
    2. Katrina
    3. Iraq
    4. Economy
    5. Surplus turned into biggest deficit
    6. Abu Ghirab and Torture
    7. Illegal eavesdropping
    8. Yellowcake from Niger
    9. Halliburton
    10. Dubai ports mess

But... but... Bush is gone libtard! None of that stuff is relevant anymore. It all magically ceased to matter the millisecond Obama flubbed his oath.

Unlike Carter (who continues to nefariously destroy our economy even today), no Republican President other than Reagan has left any lasting impression. It's all the Dem's fault dude.

lol. Obama was a media job 100% I can prove it. Starting Jan 2006, after the new Congress was sworn in, every single news organization went on a month long crusade to simultaneously take it upon themselves to introduce Americans to Barack Obama. He become the presumptive nominee and later presumptive president over night.

He didn't have to do something to make the news like everyone else. The media just decided that his existence was news. Other people like Ron Paul, Romney, or whoever, had to make news by doing something the media didn't expect.

What did Obama do to deserve this honor? Nothing. All he had were some "people" (IE the media back in the board rooms) who thought it would be nice to have an articulate black president, so the media just said it a lot and soon it became accepted mainstream wisdom. There really was no doubt from day one.

Not that it really speaks to his capabilities as President however, but don't pretend you just thought of him all by yourselves.

If you are a staunch supporter of the GOP, by many of your posts in this thread some of you clearly are, stop it already... This foolishness that's being posted here that is.

You didn't like Obama before, you don't like him now, and you never will. He lies, he's a puppet, he's black and he had recommendation letters that helped him get into college...

So just stop it... His supporters are not gonna convince you and you aren't going to convince them; and statements like the one above will just continue to make you seem foolish.
